Dahlia tubers are plant material that grows underground. They can be big, or very tiny. They can be ugly or clean. I make every effort to send you tubers that I can personally see eyes on. I never sell tubers before I can see eyes, and I do not sell them before they have come through winter storage, so I take most of the risk on myself, so that you don't have to. I use strict sanitation methods when handling both tubers and the plants, doing everything possible to assure you of healthy, strong plants with beautiful flowers. You are responsible for opening the package with your tubers and taking care of them immediately on their arrival, in a manner appropriate for your area.
