Refund policy

I strive to ship only healthy tubers with active eyes.   My promise to you is that I will never sell a tuber that I would not plant myself. If a tuber is damaged in shipping or is found to be rotten within 14 days of arrival, please contact me for a refund.  Please contact me first if you have any issues with my product.  I try to be responsive, but I do have a regular job that pays the bills so it may take a day or two for me to get back to you. That doesn't mean I am ignoring you, as my customers are my top priority.  I love to share the joy of dahlias.
