Enchantress

This dahlia practically glows in the dark!  Okay, it doesn't really glow in the dark, but when dusk settles in it really does seem to stand out with the slightly white insides to the petals.  The very deep fuchsia ends contrast very nicely and create quite a show in low light. It's pretty during the day too, but it really asks to have you stroll through the garden just before dark.
